Managed IT assets for 300+ employees across multiple offices. Handled procurement, inventory, and lifecycle tracking using ServiceNow and Excel. Coordinated with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and setup of equipment.

Coordinator, Projects & Events — SFU Beedie School of Business

Planned and delivered in-person and hybrid events, including a case competition and retreats. Coordinated vendors, volunteers, and cross-team logistics; produced event materials and post-event wrap-ups.
